Applications for preschool at Fort Frye are available now for the 2025-2026 school year through the Bright Beginnings Preschool. Please contact the Ohio Valley ESC at 740-373-6669. These rosters fill up very quickly.
Reminder that you can register your child for 2025-2026 Kindergarten class this week at the district office with no appointment.
The district has also posted its open enrollment application form on its website for the 2025-2026 school year, and some buildings/grades fill up quickly so act now!

Fort Frye Local held its annual district Spelling Bee tonight. 1st place: Joel Schaad, FFMS; 2nd place Alexa Hunter, Beverly-Center; 3rd place Braelyn Gerken, Salem-Liberty; 4th place Brody Erb, Beverly-Center. These students will move on to the Regional Spelling Bee competition! Congratulations! Special thanks to Leanne Medley, Kim Newsad, and Lynette Stengel for making this event possible!

Fort Frye local schools will be closed on Friday, January 10. This is school closing day number five. We will start remote learning on school closing day number six, which will be the next school closing day.
More information will be sent home, and we understand that we will need to adjust remote learning expectations given that students have not recently been with their teachers and/or may not have their school Chromebooks at home due to being on Christmas break.
