Caroline Perruci owner/operator of Little Muskingum Kettle Farm was the guest speaker for FFHS sophomores during for the ARMOUR lesson on January 25 highlight the lessons of unity and resilience through taking care of oneself in order to take care of others. Little Muskingum Kettle Farm offers organic, locally grown and processed
herbal teas. Ms. Perruci discussed some of the historic uses of each of the herb teas offered, their country of origin, and then offered samples of two different teas to students.
Little Muskingum Kettle Farm teas can be purchased at All Pro Nutrition and Wit and Whimsy in Marietta Ohio. Ms. Perruci will be back at the Marietta Farmers Market in the spring.
