The JV baseball double header scheduled for Saturday 5/11 has been postponed. We will travel to Marietta and play on Tuesday 5/14. 5 pm.

The HVAC and Plumber/Pipefitter Apprenticeship Programs are accepting applications. Please see the attached flyer for details.

The Fort Frye Band's are hosting their annual spring concert on Wednesday, May 15th at 7PM in the HS Auditorium. The doors open at 6:30PM. This is a free concert and open to the public. We hope to see everyone at the concert. The report times are as follows, 8-12th grade students report to the HS auditorium by 5:30 PM, 7th Grade students report to the HS auditorium by 6PM and 6th Grade students report to the Band Room by 6:30PM.

FFHS Class of 2024, You are almost to the end of your High School journey. Make sure you all finish strong! There was a mistake on the paper sent home regarding the date of the "Last Senior Regular School Day". The paper listed May 17th, however it should have been May 23rd. The Softball OVAC tournament game tonight will be played at the I-470 Baseball Complex in Wheeling, WV. Tickets are available online at ovac.org for $6. Student tickets are $1 cash at the gate. Cash tickets at the gate are $8.We will play on Field 4 at 7:00 pm. One note about road work--please pass along to parents, spectators, and bus drivers/coordinators: The bridge near McDonald's in Elm Grove is closed for renovation. Coming on I-70, take exit 4 in Elm Grove. If you take exit 5 in Elm Grove, proceed thru the light at McDonald's and take first right. Turn past Domino's sign.

Fort Frye High School Prom will be Saturday April 27th from 7:30pm to 10:00pm at the FFHS Gym. A reminder that class dues need to be paid. Cost of tickets ($20 for single, $40 for couple), ticket sales will run through Thursday, April 25th until 3:30, no tickets will be sold at the door. Those bringing a guest from another school must have their form turned in by Thursday, April 25th at 3:00. We will be holding a Prom Promise event on Thursday from 9-10 am at FFHS for all Juniors and Seniors. Be Safe and have a Great Prom!

The Fort Frye Musical Department is putting on their production of "Into The Woods JR." on Friday, May 3rd at 7PM and Saturday, May 4th at 3PM in the HS Auditorium. Tickets are available at the door and are $5 for students and $7 dollars for adults. We can't wait to see everyone at the shows!

Please see the attached flyers on a FREE opportunity for Class of 2025 and 2026 students in Industrial Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, and Cyber Security at Washington State College of Ohio in Marietta. The Programs will be held from June 3-20 on Monday-Thursday from 9am to 3pm.

The Varsity Softball game originally scheduled for 4/5/24, has been rescheduled for 4/20/24 at 11:00.

The Fort Frye Marching Cadets are excited to start a new season for the 2024-2025 school year. On April 17th at 6pm there will be an informational meeting in the HS Auditorium for any 7-12 student who is interested in participating in marching band next year. Please make sure the student and a parent or guardian is able to attend this meeting if you are interested in being a part of the Marching Cadets next year. If you are not able to make it to the meeting please email Mr. Border for information.
