Reminder that Tonight is our OHSAA Spring Sports Meeting, and Meet the Team. All spring athletes and a parent/guardian must attend this meeting. It will be held in the High School Auditorium at 6:00 pm.

Attention Senior Athletes: The OVAC Scholarships have been posted to the Guidance Scholarship web page: https://www.fortfrye.k12.oh.us/o/ffhs/page/scholarships. Most scholarship applications are due to the Guidance Office by Friday, March 3 @ 3:30pm. Individual qualifications are listed on the scholarships. See Mrs. Walsh if you have any questions.

Interim grades have been posted. Please check Infinite Campus to see grades for your student. Parent/teacher conferences will be held from 1-7pm tomorrow. Call or email the Guidance Office to set up a conference.

Washington County Career Center is hosting a parent information night on Thursday, Feb. 23. This is open house style from 4:00-7:00 P.M. If students or parents have questions regarding the technical programs instructors will be present that night.

Girls Basketball will host Ridgewood High School on Wednesday February 15th, at 7:00 pm in a Sectional tournament game. Tickets are only available online at the OHSAA website. No passes will be accepted and tickets cannot be purchased at the gate. Doors will open at 6:00 pm. https://www.ohsaa.org/tickets

Boys basketball game at Waterford High School tonight. Gates will open at 5:40 pm. Cash tickets available at the door.

Girls Varsity Basketball game at Waterford on Wednesday February 8th, will be varsity only, starting at 6:30 pm. The gates will open at 5:45 pm. Tickets are available for cash at the gate.

The Fort Frye Lady Cadets Basketball Team finished OVAC 3A Runner Up after a hard fought 49-34 loss to Ohio Division III State Ranked #4 Union Local in the OVAC Championship game today at Harrison Central High School. Proud of the girls and team!

We will be honoring our Girls State qualifying cross country team, and our Boys State golf team on Saturday at the home Boy Basketball game vs. Morgan. Freshman game will start at 5 pm. We will honor these teams between the JV and Varsity games.

Schedule Update Boys JV/Varsity Basketball We will travel to St. Mary's High School on Saturday February 11, for a make up game that was originally scheduled for 1/3/23. The JV game will start at 6:15 pm.

Wrestling Update We will be traveling to Shenandoah High School on Thursday February 9th to make up an event that was postponed on January 3rd. This match will start at 6:00 PM.

Schedule Update JV/Varsity Boys Basketball will host Shenandoah High School on Tuesday February 7th, at 6:00 PM in an OVAC consolation game. We will then travel to Buckeye Trail High School on Friday February 10th, at 6:00 pm. Tickets will be available at the gate for these games, season passes will not be accepted at postseason events.

Congratulations to Stone Dixon and Morgan Smith for winning their weight classes at the first annual Twin State League Wrestling meet.

Tickets for Saturday's Girls Basketball OVAC 3A Championship game will be sold at the gate for cash, or online at the OVAC website. We will play Union Local High School at 12:00 PM. The game will be played at Harrison Central High School. Once you purchase a ticket, it is good for all of the games being played there that day.

Boys basketball game at Warren HS tonight will be played as scheduled. Freshman game will start at 5:00 pm followed by JV, then Varsity. Tickets are available at the door, or online.

Reminder as we enter postseason for Winter sports. Season passes will not be accepted at postseason events such as OVAC, Jr. High tournaments, or OHSAA Sectional games.
