Lowell Elementary School is a public school located in Lowell, Ohio right off State Route 60. The principal of Lowell is Krista L. Ross, who can be contacted at krista.ross@fortfrye.org. There are approximately 134 children who attend Lowell covering preschool through fifth grade. The student to teacher ratio is approximately 19:1.
